Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ARJAH | أرجح, a bilingual career intelligence service.

Acceptance and eligibility
By using ARJAH, you accept these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service only in compliance with applicable law.
The service
ARJAH helps users compare their experience with role information, monitor relevant opportunities through scheduled searches, and organize application activity. Features may change as the service develops.
Accounts and Google sign-in
You are responsible for your Google account security and activity through your ARJAH account. Provide accurate information and notify us at mulaem@turkifayez.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of CV, profile, job, and application content you provide. You grant ARJAH a limited license to process that content only to operate and improve the service you request. You must have the rights to submit it and keep it lawful and reasonably accurate.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the service, scrape it at scale, bypass access controls, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or use ARJAH for unlawful discrimination or other unlawful processing.
Career and automated-output limitation
Matches, scores, summaries, and suggestions are decision-support estimates, not employment guarantees, employer decisions, or professional legal, financial, or career advice. Review important source information and use your own judgment.
Third-party services and links
ARJAH depends on third-party infrastructure and may link to jobs or services we do not control. Their availability, accuracy, terms, and privacy practices are their responsibility.
Intellectual property
ARJAH and its original software, brand, and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of ARJAH or of your content.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may maintain, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or expose users or the service to harm. You may stop using the service and request account-data deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules. We may update the terms and will publish a revised effective date and any additional notice required for material changes.
