This policy explains how ARJAH | أرجح handles personal data when you use our bilingual career intelligence service.

Who operates ARJAH

Data we collect
When you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies your Google account identifier, email address, and display name, and may supply an optional profile image. We also process career or CV information you choose to provide; job, match, application, and scheduled-search data; consented email-delivery data; and minimal security, operational, and privacy-redacted performance telemetry.
How we use Google account data
We use Google account data only to create and authenticate your account, display your profile, and protect account security. We do not use Google account data for advertising, sale, or model training.
How we use other data
We use other data to provide user-requested role matching, scheduled searches, application tracking, consented notifications, and to maintain service security and reliability.
Service providers and processing locations
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services; Vercel for hosting and privacy-redacted performance telemetry; and Resend for email you consent to receive. These providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia. Where applicable, we use safeguards required by Saudi data-protection rules.
Protection and limited access
We minimize the data we collect, restrict access, use private storage and database access controls, and exclude raw CV, search, identity, and OAuth data from analytics. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account or requested service is active, then only as needed for limited security, backup, dispute, and legal obligations. You may request account-data deletion using the contact above. Some limited backup or legally required records may remain until their applicable retention period ends.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection. You may change notification preferences and revoke ARJAH access from your Google Account permissions. Revoking Google access does not itself delete data already held by ARJAH; contact us to request deletion.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised date here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
